Bankily Business is an internet platform which allows you to access, via a link, a tool for managing your professional or business account as well as a range of financial services allowing you to manage your account remotely.

How can I register to access Bankily Business?

To register, go to your BPM agency/branch to complete the subscription.

Is Bankily Business secure?

Your access is unique and dedicated to you and/or the employees of your company for whom you have requested access. Never communicate your username and password, this is confidential information. Be sure to log out of your session at the end of each use.

Can I grant different levels of access to my employees? How ?

Yes absolutely, at the subscription level within your agency, your advisor will send you forms to specify the different access levels of your employees: type of profile, approval matrix, etc. Only the legal representative of the company holding the bank account is authorized to authorize access to other employees of the customer/client company.

How can I make international transfers using this tool?

In the “Transfers” Menu, there is a “International Transfer” subsection. From this section, you can make a transfer request specifying the debit account, the beneficiary and the amount. You can first create your list of beneficiaries in the “List of Beneficiaries” section.

What are the access times to Bankily Business?

Bankily Business is an online platform accessible 24/7. In the event of a technical problem, update or temporary outages, the customer service will notify customers.

How can I access my transaction history?

In the "Accounts" section, select the account, click on the down arrow and click on account statement.

What should I do if I forgot my password or my account is blocked?

You must contact customer service or your advisor to request a password reset and account unblocking.

Are there any fees associated with using Bankily Business?

Yes, there are monthly membership fees: 100 MRU excluding VAT per month for a professional account and 200 MRU excluding VAT per month for a business account. Transaction fees are charged and displayed at the transaction level.
